Curious as to what’s meant by that? I thought generally speaking people had the back of the people they supported before the accusation, as seen with pretty much every other accuser ever. Fun times online as people recount shit like “my stepdad raped me and I told my mom and my family and they accused me of lying because I hated him.” We don’t have a meaningful way to handle sexual assault accusations in society outside of maaaaybe the criminal justice system so the responses are out of whack and unpredictable. Having policies in place to treat everybody fairly would be great, but I don’t know how the fuck you get there.
I think the real problem with Kavanaugh in a sensible world is Judge’s book talking about getting black out drunk with “Bart Kavanaugh”. That kinda throws everything in a weird light.
