RIP Joe Bugel. He played a big role in the Skins’ Sab appearances and wins in the 80’s, building the legendary offensive line known as The Hogs. I may not follow the Redskins anymore, but I will show my respect for this guy.

Cam Newton was released on March 24. That was right when the COVID-19 global pandemic really hit USA. His release also happened about a week AFTER the NBA postponed their season. The NFL and team owners had to shut down operations which likely prevented them from interacting in their usual way with free agents. The pandemic also made teams unable to host proper workouts for free agents and NFL draftees.
A global pandemic restricting teams to normally operate wasn’t expected but I hope Cam makes the best out of this situation. He’s still young and had extra time to recover from his injuries. Good luck to Cam and the Patriots.
