Yea that is fantasy and normal but never in 16 years of fantasy have I seen a team so dominate on the offensive side go down so much in one week and in the week before the semis at that. My only possible saving grace is its a IDP/SuperFlex league and my DEF is godlike and built to be a high floor on a weekly basis and I can hope CMC/Cook/Winston/Godwin do the jobs they have all season.
Sure 1k is nice but I am fine if I lose and never expected to win even with the godlike roster I had. If anything its the first time all season Ill truly give a shit about the waiver wire so thats kind of fun.
Shit happens. I had 80% of my team go down in one week this very year and I still patched together a win somehow.
If I can get Austin Hooper and Marlon Mack a bit healthier Iāll arguably have a stronger team than I did at the start because Famous Jameisā House of Turnovers posts insane Fantasy Stats and for some reason was still available lat week.
Given Foles is likely done in Jacksonville, he might be available by the start of next season unless the Jags can find someone willing to trade for his contract.
But after this season who would want him for that price?
Pats once again caught doing shady things. These are just some of the many reasons why Belichick isnāt the āGOATā coach, that position still belongs to the man whose name is on the Trophy that all NFL teams are trying to obtain.
Not surprised, however hereās to hoping my Packers actually do something this season. However even in the post-season, I donāt see how they can beat a team like the 49ers who destroyed them in the reg. season, not to mention the Saints, or Seahawks.
Why? Who cares if you are the Texans if the Titans make the playoffs? If you play them in the playoffs it would be the best case scenario at home in the AFC Championship game. Watson looks off, he needs a game off for sure and if anything you send the Titans into the playoffs to possibly upset a team like the Chiefs, Patsā¦
The Texans play like today and they are 1 and done to the Bills anyways.
Lets put it this way. Pretend that the Bucs were in the exact same position the Steelers are in right now. You have the 6th seed and only one other team can threaten your chance of getting into the playoffs. Both teams win their Week 16 games. Your playoff competitionās division rival clinched their division during Week 16. The division champ and the competition team play each other Week 17. The division champs see no reason to risk injury to their starters and decide to throw the game. This decision causes your team to miss the playoffs.
Wouldnāt you consider it complete bullshit if your team missed the playoffs because the only other team that threatened their ticket into the big dance got the final win needed handed to them?
