I played SVC at otakon. I like it. Theres no rolling which means its old school 1 v1. Capcom side takes getting used to. DEMETRI is the cheese. Terry is the god. if u can get pass the 1994 graphics i had a lot of fun.
Guiles hair is wild! takes getting used to snk style charges. its like 1.5 charge time. so u can almost get away with 2 sonic booms lol. flash kick is hella hard to do. theres a trick to it.

i think the buttons are messed up… the top two are lp and lk :x even though that is A,B i dunno…
anyways they took tekken 4 out and put svc there… i like the game it seems decent but i hate how the tekken controls are slanted sideways, which causes me to randomly jump when i tried to do an uppercut or fireball… max owned me with dhalsim :lol:
but of course i only play marvel, but im trying to get into these new games…
also i noticed that throwing is complely retarded… it has NO RANGE at all, and comboing is almost impossible…
i think its a decent game, just need to fix the controls
Svc is ok. nothing great but it may be fun to play if there is people playing it often. Shawn I got him to change the buttons around , they were wrong punches are on top now and kicks on bottom. I like the dashing in the game keeps the flow somewhat up for being such a choppy game. wake up reversals must be different in kof games or something or maybe cuz i’m old. only thing wake up i could do was like ryu super hurricanes. I really didn’nt read up too much on SvC cuz i knew for sure nobody around here would get it. Funny that one of the only arcades left open is right here near where i live AND it got the game in. maybe thats a sign for me to start playing again…hahaha yea right. I’ll play it for 2 weeks then that’ll be that. That Left player joystick really needs to be centered properly though for it to be really any fun on 2p games. 2nd player side angle is decent. later

SVC has combo system. Its kof style tho but it is there and its possible to link moves into comboes. It also has super cancels once you get a full bar! Well at otakon there were mad people playing it so it wasa blast
but like maxstah said it would be more fun down here if a lot of people played it. that goes for any fighting game. Anyway, i saw a lot of stuff when i played it. hafto get used to attack ranges of characters. my favorite thing about the game are the fast as hell fireballs!
i will probably go to tilt next friday and check it out…maybe before then but i doubt it
