Strong in the left cab is a bit shorted out. Focus attacks seem to not come out or be released early, and I can’t do my ex headbutt or jab–>hands. If anyone runs into suzie please let her know!

Heard that they are ordering some sanwa parts. As right now they have like a tekken 5 stick or something. Just waiting to hear then the parts are put in and will come by more often

I came there today and there was a new guy working. He introduced himself as Alex and told me he is the new owner of the place. Suzie and Steve apparently sold the store and are now traveling.
He seems like a cool guy, and hopefully he’s good at fixing sticks. He’s cool with tournaments though, he told me to let him know whenever I wanna throw another one so we’re good there. Forgot to tell him about the 1st player side’s Strong button before I left the place. 2nd player side’s stick is working again but it still feels kinda weird and “squishy”. It’s nothing a little getting use to won’t fix though.
Yea, what Charles said. More people need to show up to play!!! Met two new faces that I talked to in the past few days. Apparently they go to UCI just like you Charles. Rally up those UCI players and head on to Cameron’s to play.

I would come more, but every time I stop by on the way home from work (anywhere between 6pm and 8pm) there’s no one there.
But I’m an LQ Alumni and I go to UCI. :chat: It’s like fighting with myself.
It is not official yet, but I might run the 2v2 team tournament on Oct.25 on a Sunday. Don’t worry if you can’t find a partner I’ll make a list at the arcades so you guys can sign up your name, character, email, or SRK handle so you can get in contact to a partner you’re interested in. Or just post up in the tournament thread when I put it up.
So let me hear the general consensus on the date. Also here are the tentative rules:
-You have to stick with your character throughout the whole tournament.
-No best 2 out of 3.
-Pokemon style format. If you win you sit and play the next guy on the other team.
-Double Elimination.
-$10 per team.
-Only 16 teams can register.
-Team names are required. It’s so I can call you out easier, plus it’s cool.
