Right click on the layer and go to Blending Options, then Outer Glow.

Gigyas my homie thnx man. I learned to edit sprites now so ill prolly make custom avys but im still gonna use those sprites you gave me. If you can, can i get like all the dudley colored sprites in the game. SOme people dont want custom and want default sprites so if you could do that for me, id really appreciate it.
