Yea geifs ultra looks situational at best and probably wont be better than 720, the trailer itself kinda hints that ultras are selectable which i like, seems like it was speculated that you would have access to both of them early on.
Im still hoping game speed is increased just a smudge but yea that trailer was the shit. Out of the alternates shown i liked Chun the best but kinda hoped they would have given her the alpha costume, but i guess they didnt want a skin tight spandex suit ala zero suit samus in the game.
But i agree geifs/fuertes ultra animations need to be sped up they looked rediculous, unless its purposeful to stop the characters from turtleing till the last seconds because then they loose if they crack out the win ultra at the last second
