KoFplayer released his Vol.9 (The Transition)

heres some words by the main combo maker:

That’s right. I’m back with a new combo video!! It’s a little long this time, in fact the longest video I’ve done so far. It stands at 15 minutes 11 seconds. Of course with that, the filesize would be big as well. Part of it also came from the fact that it’s a 60fps video. This is the first meaning to “The Transition” which is from a 30fps to a 60fps video production

This time, i spent more time than usual on this video. The technique used for recording in 60fps is different from what i used to do, and it took me a while before i could do things at a decent speed. And for the first time, I’ve included quite a few guests in my video which required a fair amount of time in consolidating and organising all the stuff, making sure that i credit everyone and left no one out.

With regards, to editing, it was challenging doing up such a long video. It’s also the first time i added lyrics to the video (only for the last song this time) and i realised how tedious it was and understood how other editors worked on it. the style of editing imo, is mostly similar to my recent videos, but i feel better with this one. hope you guys will like it. =)

Oh, as to the other meaning behind “The Transition”. It actually refers to Player 2’s ability to jump into corners IF AND ONLY IF Player 1 is at the corner and facing it. There are several examples in the video so look out for them if you dont quite understand what i just said.

hosted by: Akumacombos and Nests Organisation

if there are questions, feel free to post them here. for questions related to combos, i will only answer queries that belong to me. I’ll try my best for guests’ combos. Be specific (like include the time in video) when asking questions so that i’ll be able to answer as accurately as possible =)

BGM used:

  1. Kuribayashi Minami - Crystal Energy (from Mai Otome)
  2. Savage Genius - Forever (from Erementar Gerad)
  3. YUI - Rolling Star (from Bleach)
  4. BoA - A Song With No Name (from Shin Angyou Onshi)

That was actually a pretty good video, although 3S and A3 where hella out of place…

Thanks, I will let him know, but what you mean with out of the place? should have more SF combo games on it, thats it?
Next time I will try to convince him and the combo guests to work in more Capcom games.

I enjoyed that too very good combos and nice selection of music too.

lol.

thanks
more videos (combos, fights, etc…) should be coming soon.

When is Part 2 of EFT 2006 going to be released?

Dont know man, Im still waiting for some finals (dvd disc) but it never arrived.
btw: I know that you enjoy CvS2 (at least I see your name a lot in many of the CvS2 fights flooting in the web) so: what do you think about the CvS2 fights (part 1 of EFT06 file) it was nice? bad? real bad? or it has at least some good parts?

I’m more of an ST/Vampire Savior person.

Master Akuma, do you have any CFJ vids hosted at ur site?

Ok then, but you still play CvS2, right? and btw: great matches you have in CvS2 flooting in the web.
another think: if you have some stuff that you would like to share in the web I can make a folder with an “x” file size in my server so more people can have acess to it and then post the folder link for some time, I remember I downloaded big stuff from you (DC of Dr Franks and Preppy)

No, at this moment I have hosted only a few vids because Im remaking the site and other stuff, but if you are looking for CFE videos ask to psychochronic.

No, they where out of place, as in shouldn’t have been there at all…

Under which name in DC++ and which stuff specifically? Just wanted to ask out of curousity. I know you more stuff off the 750gb+ archive that I have and it will make your eyes bleed. I’m up for trades anyday but I’m not gonna guarantee leaving empty-handed once I see your archive list. And yes, I have CFJ vids and my archive grows weekly.

It was like a year or more last time I went to the Smash hub, what I did downloaded a lot and many great things was from Frunks hub and then on Preppys hub, and yes I know that you have TONS of stuff, many times I was looking for CvS2 tournament vidoes stuff and every week or every 2 weeks you had most times always anything new about CvS2.
Last time that I remeber I used the name JPK or JPK or something like that and I shared only combo videos stuff, but next time that I got into the hub I can share something else (tounament stuff, superplays, more combovids, etc…)

Why cant Preppy or Dr. Frunks get their Hubs up? they had a great “media community” there (I lost track about what was going on there)

Demon Dash: got it, thanks.
