Just tested and confirmed on Cammy and Fei Long’s upkicks. After landing an Ultra 2, dash, dash, Jump and Dive Kick as soon as possible for a safe jump against 5f reversals.

It’s the air fireball, but it’s done at the lowest possible time. The input is Hadoken plus up forward.
I just did some testing, seems like all of akumas taunts can be canceled after 45 frames (pre-jump frames start at frame 46).
My methodology might be flawed; I counted every single frame after and including the frame where HP+HK showed up in the input display and stopped when I saw the pre-jump frames. The video was recorded in 60fps. If anyone could double-check this it would be cool, I guess?
