Allright , thanks
Almost ready to order now, just 1 more thing came up:
The AT 187 and AT 110 qds - which wires are best suitable for those? I assume like 0,5mm to 1,5mm ?and how many are included per the quantity of 1 ?
It’s telling 36g for 1 - so i guess it’s like 30? Just asking because i dont wanna end up ordering a couple thousand qds
btw , didn’t you use to sell a cramping tool for those?

1,5mm and 0,5mm should be fine I think. These are open barrels so you need a tool for this (or manually crimp them with a set off pliers or something), we sell the Hozan Crimp Tool (Made in Japan) for 5600yen (yes, japanese tools are pricy but good).
Each bag contains 100pcs.
1.5mm is thicker than 16awg (which is 1.3mm), i.e. absolutely unsuitable for padhacking purposes. 0.5mm (20awg) is definitely more suitable but still too thick, better go with 0.3mm (22awg)
per im wondering do you know anything about beatmania?
i want to make a couple beatmania controllers and i think
OBSA-45UK look good and im wondering if you know how accurate those are compared to the actual beatmania arcade buttons.
how much do you think the obsas would be?
i also spotted these but they’re $$$ even for led pushbuttons.

Yes, 0,3mm is great, Sanwa sells in this size :). Although 1,5mm can be done but it is hard to solder to small points that is for sure (I have tried it myself).

Somebody correct me if I am wrong but I do believe that Sanwa-buttons are pressent on the original beatmania controller.
There is white: OBSA-45UK-W-LEDR = 1950yen/each
There is smoke: OBSA-45UK-K/W-LEDR = 2450yen/each
These are REALLY expensive. You could try to find some knock-off`s from China or just buy from HAPP if you want it cheaper though.
yeah , the 0,5mm was more intended for hooking it up to the qds and soldering it to a DB-15 port for a neo geo pinout. For padhacking i think i’m just gonna cut a DB-15 joystick extension with 0,2mm wires. btw , which wire gauges does the seimitsu joystick cables use?
postkastl
If you mean the H5-PIN (5-pin cable Seimitsu sells) it uses 22AWG = 0,65mm in diameter. Seimitsu sells these types off cables also if you dont find any. Sanwa uses 24AWG (0,51mm in diameter) for its JLF-H.
Per, your website’s scaring me… can I still place an order?!!
Maaaan, I wish I had ordered from you ages ago. Just last night I realized I’ve been reading the Excel sheet all wrong… I was reading out of the “Total” column and thinking that that was the cost of shipping.
Don’t mean to trouble you, but will the tracking numbers be posted at any point? Seems there may not be a point as a few people have received their orders, but I’m on the west coast and not the east coast. I am order #11. If you could supply me with a tracking number that’d be fantastic.
