From what I can tell from quickly googling it, it would appear that it allows you to split the output from a JAMMA cabinet so you can record video and audio directly from the cabinet.

We talked to them yesterday also and they said that they have tons off emails because off the holiday that was last week in Japan. But we hope this week.
Same for Seimitsu, many emails.

Also, like my avatar says we will be back June (dunno exactly the date yet though) and when we start we will have lowered prices on all Sanwa parts 
so I hope everybody is ready ^^. I am thinking for example 200yen/each (1.70US$) for OBSF-30 and maybe 2100yen/each (17.50US$) for JLF-TP-8Y. How does this sound? No prices are set but I hope they will be around this. Because we buy in high volume (we do not get good price from Sanwa everytime though) we can offer this when we start off (if we get enough orders).
Dunno about Seimitsu yet but I may be willing to personally get zero profit for the first orders on the new webshop, just to get a new fresh start ^^.
And ofcourse we STILL buy FRESH NEW parts directly from the manufacturer.
