;).
Never mind this, this was how the old site worked. We will update the webshop soon after the pcb release…
Send an e-mail so I know what order is yours please.
Is this Rafael? I will send e-mail back to you soon, have to talk to packer.
Sorry for the wait. I will start to release bits of info in a little while now…

Hello TRNG,
Any news about the above?
So far 1x LB-39 (Smoke) and 1x PS-14-K (Clear) are still missing. Are these already on my way? Because if not, I’ll probably place another order and you can put everything together.
Are you referring to the person I talked to or my name? 'Cause my name is Bryant…but either way hope to have this resolved soon. I made the order on your site two months ago. ;_;

Does anyone know the average ship time from Japan to California via Air Mail? I ask cause the site was updated to say that my items shipped on the 23rd, and I haven’t received them yet.

Pick EMS next time if you’re concerned about 4 days. You’re doing well to receive something in a week with air mail.

Noted. I’ll be sure to go with EMS next time.
Well actually my original reply from them was that it shipped on the 21st, but that’s still not a week so I will continue waiting.
Just got my order , could not be happier. I love the Balltops, this is a great place to buy from. I will only be ordering parts from here from now on. Thanks for the great stuff

Ditto with this!
If you do a large enough order ($50 or more), go with EMS for the insurance coverage, peace of mind, and faster transit time.
It’s not worth it being cheap on shipping for import parts orders in all honesty. You always take a chance that orders will be “lost” or more likely stolen through certain shipping hubs. (I cringe when my orders have to go through Chicago – that city is infamous for losing checks and purchased goods.) IF you do large enough orders, there is a slight reduction in cost per part that will make up for the extra shipping costs. I usually only go domestic ordering for small parts orders and electronic parts that I prefer over Hori and MC OEM hardware (like Quick Disconnects; I don’t care for Hori and Mad Catz Asian-style QD’s – I prefer using American-style crimpers and other QD brands that are easier to install and remove).

my stuff got shipped on the same day and I’m using SAL, let’s see who gets it first.
Whats the average shipping time to Malaysia through Sal or Airmail?
I ordered a Sanwa JLF on 4/7 on 4/21 I contacted them and my order still had not been shipped. I was told my order would be shipped via EMS and that I would be “notified soon” it is now 5/3 and no details whatsoever on my shipment after I contacted them asking for info. I’m not here to bash Akishop but the customer service needs serious help. The reason I ordered from Akishop was Focusattack and Lizard Lick were sold out of the product at the time. It would’ve been quicker for me to wait for them to restock and order from them I would have had my JLF by now. I have ordered many items from Japan before to know it should not take this long.
I noticed lately that on-line stores that cater Japanese arcade parts are either having a shortage of stock or have trouble meeting customer demands (like very late deliveries). Etokki and Lizardlick have a shortage of Japanese parts while Akihabarashop seems to have trouble procuring and shipping merchandise to customers.
Maybe this has got something to do with the earthquake and tsunami they had almost a month ago. That’s why I am having second thoughts ordering parts for now. I guess it would be best if I just wait a couple of months or more for everything to stabilize and also wait for PS360+ to be released
By group order do you mean a larger quantity order that is shipped all at once to a single location?
Earthquake or not that’s still no excuse for the poor customer service and no response to my emails about my order.
That will surely piss me out as well, for sure. I guess what we’re seeing here is Akihabarashop at its worst
This would have been a great time to build a stick while PSN is out.
My bulk order has arrived, and very quickly too.
Thanks again, Per. Now I’m just waiting on some PS360+ info
You’re going to win no sympathy complaining like a brat on the thread…
You seriously need to get a life…
Your delay is nothing compared to '09 and the 1-month and 2-month delays that happened when Super Street Fighter IV was released.
…AND the parts stores didn’t have to deal with natural disasters AND A nuclear meltdown on top of impatient customers!
There is a point in time when your shame should be kicking in IF you had both a conscience and a heart.
There are people over there in far worse shape who are missing more than 1 precious arcade part… People who lost their homes AND livelihoods. They’re not likely to get them back because of the radiation zone.
Then we have people who got completely wiped away by the tsunami waves.
A country doesn’t recover completely from that in two months, let alone a year.
You might want to step back from playing videogames and examine your priorities in life…
Please show where he’s asking for any sympathy? I don’t think you can…
In no way was he ever comparing his waiting for a stick to people losing their homes, or lives lost. You’re reaching bro, and coming off as a complete blowhard.
If you read his previous post on the prior page he had said he was told the item was shipped and was waiting on a reply for an email. If the people here have time to come in this thread and post to say the earthquake did not effect them shipping out items I fell this is a pretty legit gripe, and at the very least a fair warning for people thinking about ordering from Akishop.
