So nearly a week and still pending. This things give me a negative view of the site that I thought was good. No response to any contact and orders take forever if they will even be shipped. Which makes me feel disappointed about the service.

If I’m not mistaken they order once a week and get all of the orders sent out in weekly batches. From my experience they prioritize actually sending out the packages before updating status. Typically when using EMS or airmail it takes about 2 weeks to arrive.

I don’t think this store was ever meant for the person who wants things now now now. As long as you understand that you will be waiting two weeks for stuff this is a good store. It used to be that they would send out orders twice a month.

I have ordered and sent my payment at sep1 and chose EMS shipping to get it as fast as possible according to the site. But still it wasn’t even shipped and the order is in pending status. So 3 days has passed in pending status. I have sent an email to contact about the order at the "contact us"section and I didn’t get any reply…

We actually ship every week about 2 times but still people have to wait a little due to the amount of orders shipping out.

Well,

It can be said now that JDM has a lot of balls!

(You tend to get a big collection of ball handles when you customize sticks. I just can’t throw away a bunch of the Sanwa ball tops I have nor am I gonna give away my spare meshballs! The Hori and Seimitsu balls I’d give away for sure…)
