Did you order with Airmail? If so airmail doesn’t provide tracking numbers. I ordered with EMS (#1676) and tracking says my order should arrive today. Airmail can expect approx an extra 5-7 day wait.

Order #1736 with EMS. Have receive no email updates, tracking, pictures and web site still says processing. Keeping on hearing it’ll will be provided later today or tomorrow.

So I’ve never had anything shipped to me from outside the country and I’ve chosen EMS. Per shipped my stuff out on Tuesday morning. Based on the tracking info it’s sitting in Customs at Chicago, IL… What exactly does this mean? Will I have to pay anything extra to get my package out of customs? If so, how exactly will I do that? I’m in Columbus, OH.

Sometime it sits in customs a day or two. If it still sits there after that just contact the customs if there are any problems.

For what its worth, Akihabarashop has my highest recommendation. Everything was lovingly packaged, I was updated of progress along the way, did take a little long what with the abundance of orders coming through, but that was easily forgiven -with service like this who can complain?

Same here - Order #1755 with EMS, no e-mail update, no tracking, no picture on the website. However, TRNG has awesomely posted a picture of my order in this thread so I assume that it is on its way. I would like to track it though to know when I can expect it because my postman never leaves packages at my door.
