Update:
I have taken down the JLF joysticks from the shop for now because I need to see if we can fulfill all orders first.
Sanwa has sold out right now I think (I am waiting for an answer from them today also so I will get back to you guys soon) but we can find more around Akihabara I think, and have them by next week.
IF we find any we will only buy those who are brand new and have plastic around like Sanwa sells, we dont wanna have anything else.
I will answer e-mails as soon as I get more info.

Check your order status on the site. If it says delivered, that means it has shipped.
It should be shipped yeah, I am waiting for tracking right now but as you may know it is a little busy right now. Nice to see Chad stop taking order from the 13th, I love answering e-mails, NOT.
I will update the shop tomorrow on the frontpage so people know whats up. E-mail will be sent to you with tracking also.
About a week + a few days maybe but I do not know what will happen after the 13th.

First off, very happy birthday. I hope it wasnāt totally ruined by crazed SRK members like myself hounding you endlessly. Hahahaha.
That being said, I have a question about shipping details. The last bit of activity listed on the tracking site says āDispatch from outward office of exchangeā from Tokyo Metropolis Branch. Does this denote the point at which the order passes through customs and leaves the country? I only ask because tracking info has been stuck on this step for more than 24 hours.

From my previous experiences with EMS from Japan (which has been quite a bit), when it hits Tokyo Metropolis Branch, itās pretty much queued up to be loaded on a plane. Customs is almost never an issue going āoutā since the basic contents is declared on the EMS packet.
Once it lands, itās the local country customs that it goes through and can get held up when it passes through, it usually gets updated at the local airport/receiving location (for and NYC, it would be JFK). After that itās passed to USPS for delivery.
Considering the tracking service basically turning into USPS tracking (downright abysmal compared to UPS/FedEx) after it leaves Japan. So at this point, weāre at the mercy of the USPS.

**OK, a little update for today:
1). I will get tracking of order up to #1764 tomorrow (they are already sent).
2). I get pictures for orders up to #1873 tomorrow and hopefully ship them out on Saturday (maybe more pics Saturday also).
3). The Japanese people will work on Saturday and Sunday to pack orders for you guys.
4). We were not missing any JLF from latest order they say so tomorrow they will let me know what is going on with Sanwa.

just curiousā¦ TRNGā¦ are you seeing my posts? i clearly have a question in regards to my order since the picture is showing differently from what i ordered. 2 x PS-14-D-N should have been BLACKā¦ in the pictures i saw they were yellowā¦ can you please respond.
