My order (placed on the 6th of June) is on the status page, but doesn’t have any picture, and appears above the “Pictures added, getting ready for shipping…” line. Does this mean that it won’t ship on the 18th?

Your order is in the June 18th batch. That’s when orders are sent to Sanwa/Seimitsu not shipped out to you. From the order date expect to wait 2 or 3 weeks before you get your parts (if you use EMS).

These screw are 100% same as Sanwa uses (with the little dimple on it). Screws and nuts of any kind is possible to get (all metric). Even titanium and transparent screws :).
If anybody want me to sell screw (same as Sanwa uses on it`s JLF with plate) or any other kind just say so.

I like seimitsus more than sanwas.
I have some purple pearl buttons, they are nice very shiny and smooth.
