I have to say that I’m beginning to get a little disappointed at how long things are taking now. I ordered with EMS last Tuesday and assumed my stuff would arrive late last week as EMS stated a 2-3 day delivery estimate. Now I’m not sure if I’ll get the parts by the end of this week. It seems as though we may have brought Lizard Lick’s delay problems along with all of our orders.
Why would I search for that out of the blue?
not at all. he owns the system (or something of the like- possibly represents the site or shop) and the people in Japan are processing orders and shipping them from there. being that he knows English it is easiest for him to get the updates from what is happening in Japan and then answers all of the e-mails as well as comes on here to answer questions on here as well.
people that are frustrated about having to wait from this place at all are just outright either fools or insane to some stupid degree. there is a MONSTER demand for all of this going on and for any company at all to keep up is just not going to happen. i placed an order with both companies and i believe they are both great at what they are doing for us in their own rights. it will all take time and just go and play some other games or get outside until you get your parts.
On top of coming from a completely different country. From what I’ve seen TRNG’s communication with his customer is above and beyond anything I’ve seen elsewhere (not a jab at LL just saying customer service is a dying thing LL seems awsome too considering the situation)
Basically patience is a virtue in these circumstances.
Oh lets just stop this right now, this is how it starts. You are ordering from a small buisness that ships out of Japan. Any disruption to the supply chain (large amounts of orders for instance) is going to cause delays. I have open orders with both LL and Aki but you won’t see me getting frustrated or dissapointed, these orders are supposed to lag for now. Both Aki and LL are great vendors and are doing the best they can to get you your parts, have some patience.
why are some guys in here so impatiant for your parts? I mean damn guys, do you expect things come in like a day or 2? All i gotta say is just sit back and wait for your parts to get to your door.
As you can guess we have some serious amount of orders right now so it is slowing us down a bit. What is slowing a little more is people adding parts to their order but it is still duable, dont worry.
Some orders where sent out today (#1620 - #1720), I will update you guys once I get all tracking info to me (japanese people packed more orders again today).
I know you must be mad that things arent going out as fast and I can agree.
If someone wants to cancel their order that is fine, just send an e-mail, no problem.

TRNG, darnit. They didn’t take any pictures of #1667? I was looking through the pictures and after #1666, there was a nice gap. LOL. Not that it matters as long as it’s on it’s merry way.
Make no mistake, I’m not complaining about the practices of either company. Both have been extremely understanding and communicative. TRNG and Akihabara shop offer unrivaled customer support, so I certainly don’t want to make anyone think that they’re anything but excellent. I was merely expressing frustration at the delay caused by the massive volume of orders (two of which were mine).
I cannot see why people would get mad about your service. Its faster then others out there and you actually ANSWER our emails. You are doing a damn good job.

SAL can go as fast as Airmail but can also take up to 2-3 weeks. SAL packages are sent by airplane when there are Airmail-packages missing to take its place. SAL is almost all the time as fast as Airmail.
We noted it, dont worry about what it says in the webshop.

Surface is by BOAT, so it is a 3-12 weeks depending on where you live.
I actually saw people ordered with Surface shipping this last order and I changed it to EMS for you.

I agree with both off you but I also agree with the customers. They have the right as individuals to express how they feel individually, if I get mad at someone for expressing their feelings and thoughts I dont consider myself a good business man, I only here what people with good things have to say.

Ohh btw my parts arrived yesterday but I wasn’t home. Damn USPS! Picking them up after work today.
Oh and the tracking number in the email was incorrect. The tracking left by USPS worked. No big deal.
