** Akishop.jp is now OPEN **

Do you guys sell an octagonal gate for the LS-32-01? I emailed you guys and was just wondering if you sold the part. I would like to add it to my order.

Lizard Lick is backed up with orders at the moment. Chad has outstanding service at Lizard Lick, but with the release of SFIV he has gotten extremely busy. Under normal circumstances I’ll have the package in my mailbox within 3 days from the initial order.

Per does have top notch service as well though which is why I get all my japanese parts from him even though Chad sells the same ones… :lovin:

At ApeChit: I think he said something about them not making octagonal gates for the LS-32 a while back, they probbly dont exist =/

BTW Per, how are the Black Sanwas looking? Will there be enough for me to grab a few if I was too late in pre-ordering?

You don’t need any extra screws. All you need is the stick no need for the wiring harness you will just be using the one already in the stick.

thanks! Gonna order through aki shop tonight. I get my packages fast from Japan since I live in Hawaii :woot:

I love this company already :). Quick and communicates, cheaper than most as well :).

Order #1818

Oh dear, I didn’t order a Harness, is it an important part?

I’m building a stick from scratch and I’ve already completed the box, going to take apart my xbox controller this week… I ordered A seimetsu stick with 12 sanwa buttons with an s-mouting plate to be sure and everything but didn’t go for any harnesses… where exactly would I use a harness and should I get one?

and can I add it to my order before it ships? My order is #1754

I had a faulty harness with my se and I asked TRNG to add on a harness for me and he did no problems. You’re definitely going to need a harness if the stick doesn’t already come with one.

Just put in my order as well =) Order #1895

A wiring harness connects the 5-pin connector on the stick to the PCB, which reduces the amount of soldering you have to do (you still have to solder the wiring harness itself to the PCB).

If you don’t have a stick with a 5-pin connector, you don’t need it. Just look at the model number of the stick you ordered… LS-32 = no 5-pin connector, LS-32-01 = 5-pin connector

Even if you do have a 5-pin connector on your stick, you can always just solder wires to connect the stick to the PCB instead (the PCB the 5-pin connector is on should have solder points for you to use).

So… yeah. They’re about as necessary as quick disconnects (which is not at all unless you plan on selling the stick, installing it in a high-use arcade cabinet, or swapping out the parts frequently).

Alright, well my order contains a Seimitsu LS32 and an LS40 (not the -01 models, just the standard ones) looks like I’m good then, not bothered by the extensive soldering at all really, plan to do it extensively

sorry to clog up this thread with this question, just wanted to make sure.

Hey Per, how many of the meshballs are you getting this time and is it likely that you’re going to have a lot leftover after preorders?

No, but there is a round gate available for the LS-32. Look under Arcade -> Joysticks -> Accessories, I believe you will need both main and sub guides.

**I am waiting for pics now, sorry for the slow service. Maybe they ship out first and give pic afterwards, maybe faster this way.
Anyway, I am hoping for big update today with pics and stuff so hope for the best.

PS-14-G Black Rim/White button wont be available until March 25th so if you have ordered this it will be sent out for free when we get it. Seimitsu has problems with stocks -_-.

For those who recieve orders with missing parts, it will be sent out this week with free shipping.**

We have a few extra in stock, yes.

Yes they are wonderful :).

Thank you sir.

It is not sold. Sent you a reply to your e-mail also.

They will come later this month. You will be able to order them from the webshop.
First two days we sell them will be at super price :).

Thanks, I just wished we shipped out faster :/.

Wow, I woke up and there were so many new orders today, amazing.

I dont know how many will be left over yet, sorry. We will get 500pcs and order another 500 if people want more, this would be good because the price can be dropped down which is what I want.

Mayhem (some of these things are yours I think):

I noticed on the picture below that the wirings for the buttons & sticks that will be connected to the PCB are not included? Do I have to buy those things?

TRNG/Per,

Order 1626 question here. Is it shipping out today? crosses fingers

tracer1, the buttons dont come with wire but you can use any 22 to 26 AWG wire for those

you can buy a wiring harness for the sticks though or you can also solder to the pins on the pcb of the stick

Yes, I’d also like to ask if we need to buy any wiring with our sticks and buttons since I didn’t…

TRNG,

Just wondering if #1735 will be out today too =), If not then no problem.

wiring / connectors / pcb is never included

i got my package today and it’s nicely packed…

TRNG… there is a bag of nuts and screws taped to the side, what’s that for?

Are you making a custom stick? Wiring is not included.
JLF-joysticks also sells without harness, you have to buy it together with the joystick if you want it.

Yeah, I am still waiting for confirmation. Maybe they pack first and ship and send pics afterwards, maybe faster this way. I will update everyone here (and in the shop) when I know ANYTHING.

Sanwa JLF comes without cable. Are you making a custom stick then the cable is good to have. If you are modding a stick (for example the Madcatz SE) then you do not need it.

I will write here as fast as I know.
