Responded. Thanks!

Darn didn’t see mine in there

Well I’d really like to order, but I’ve spent about 5 minutes looking for a way to check out or buy the things I’ve added to my cart (which I just assume have been added, because I can’t find a way to confirm that they have), but I haven’t found anything. You guys are cheaper than Lizard Lick, so I’m motivated to find a way around this, but you sure aren’t making it easy.

Edit: Oh, there’s a shopping cart 3 pixels wide with no accompanying text in an unexpected place. Might wanna work on this, dude.

Edit the second: cool, bought some buttons.

good lord thought i’d take a look inside this thread but god who decided to be rich and get 10 joysticks. (don’t reply to this, i know it’s probably company policy that names are not to be revealed)

Took me a bit to notice that too

Their customer service is aswesome though!

We will look at special requests next week because off all the vacations now and stuff.

Yes, they do seem a little bit darker.

We will update our shop soon so people dont have to search for it.
Thanks for the order :).

Maybe the guy wants to be the scrooge and swim in joysticks like this ^_:

Thanks, we try e-mailing back as fast as possible and solving the problems.

Great!

If they still sell it then yes. Shoot away an e-mail with name/address and we will try to get you a quote.

So Seimitsu isn’t going to have another catalog, but what about the akishop exclusives?

Thanks, great service. Sent last Friday received today!. Yay~~. Definitely would do business with you again.

just a random question…does anyone know what kind of parts they use in most japanese arcades…do they use seimitsu or sanwa stick and buttons??

Joysticks

  • Sanwa JLF for most new fighters.
  • Seimitsu LS-40 for Neo Geo games
  • Seimitsu LS-32 for EVERYTHING else, some old fighters, and even cabinets/games that come stock with something else.

Some cabs have other sticks though like the Sega Naomi Universal uses Seimitsu LS-56s, some small cabs use LS-33, and some old cabs use JLWs.

Buttons

  • Sanwa OBSF-30 for everything, some arcades may use Seimitsu buttons though.
  • Sanwa OBSF-24 for Start, some arcades may use Seimitsu though
  • Seimitsu buttons only if they came stock on a control panel or something but when they wear out, expect Sanwa

would you say that sanwa buttons last longer than seimitsu?

and if i were to ask which one were better would it be a matter of opinion??

regarding buttons i think sanwa buttons are the best there is…

they are really sensitive and activate by the slightest touch whereas seimitsu need a little push

but still i ve seen what sanwa buttons can endure and believe me they last like forever…

Received my parts earlier this week. Thanks TRN!

Sanwa and Seimitsu buttons both last for about 1,000,000 presses. It really is just preference.

Hey TRNG,

Quick question about your clear Seimitsu Buttons. Is the PS-14-D-N (24mm) the smaller version of the PS-14-K-N (30mm)? I wanted to know if the plunger and bezel were both clear. The pic that is currently displayed is solid. I tried changing colors but the pics weren’t available

I was thinking of making this order and wanted to make sure they matched…

8x PS-14-K-N (blue)
2x PS-14-D-N (blue)
1x Blue bubble top

1x Sanwa GT-Y (octagonal gate)

8x PS-14-K-N (white)
2x PS-14-D-N (white)
1x Clear bubble top

Are these white buttons the same ones people put their custom art inside of?

No.

No.
There is no 24 mm version of the PS-14-K(N) series.

Do I need that special converter screw thing to use a bat top on a stock HRAP3 JLF stick?

just placed an order. ajr****l@umich.edu
