Pretty much, I just played too many games where you have to quest over and over while killing this and that… Doesn’t feel new to me.
Did you get into any PvP? I found it exhilarating seeking and killing Elyos around Morheim.
They never got that far.
It’s a PvP-based game, to base an idea off questing pre-20 kinda sucks. But I’ll miss you fools!
They did. At one point, I was farming the slink around Morheim, and an Elyos Ranger jumped me. I turned around, ran after him, and eventually killed him. A couple of times a Sorc was there and like 8 Asmos went after him.
Sadly no I didn’t really get to PVP much. Only times I did was in the arena in Pandemonium.
if you play or even remotely enjoy FGs, you probably like PVP in mmo games.
my only pvp experience was getting teleported into elyos land and getting jumped by a group of people. either way my class isnt supposed to pvp until 40 ish, or so ive heard.
i kinda wish they gave us some premade characters so we know what we can look forward to.

imo mmos can be incredibly addicting when you have people to play with but by themselves they usually arent good enough games to stand on their own without the social aspect. i mean at the end of the day all youre really doing is killing/gathering shit so you can make your character look like a gundam.
speaking of character customization, item remodeling sounds like a blast. apparently what you do is you can make any item look like any other item that fits in that slot.

Yeah, you can make your character look unique, as opposed to everybody with the same high-level armor running around.
In other news, the 20th is too fucking far away. 
One thing I do not like about Ranger is the fact you have to move forward in order to have more attack power. If you run backwards u lose 70 percent of it and same thing for running sideways. This makes kitting more difficult on my laptop since u have to run back then do a 360 for extra damage.
Custom clothing = too good. That was a big no-no for other MMOs of the vein; you’ve got everyone running around in the same “epic” gear…and suddenly it doesn’t feel so epic. :lol:

I might not roll on Israphel. I was looking at the location of the servers and the time zones of each. Israphel is on the west coast, and I’m looking for an East coast server.

Ranger for solo, Cleric for group play. Elios. East Coast server…not decided yet.

It’s actually has a pretty balanced E:A ratio.
The only server with a huge imbalance was Elyos on Siel if I recall.
