RS2006 offers mainly repro panels now, branded with their company name etc, unless you order from them genuine panels from sanwa or seimitsu for example, and aero isn’t produced anymore so either a half assed repro panel or a second hand one, depending on what you’re looking for.
Try yahoo auctions japan for aero city panels. I’ve seen a couple there quite often for sale at very reasonable prices, thing is you need to anticipate the possible shipping costs …

If you’ve got a high res version in blue (as you mentioned you have the design in blue) I can try and swap the colour close as I can in photoshop for you

Don’t have illustrator so saved them as PNG, thus the black in the thumbnail, that will just print as whatever colour the transfer it’s printed onto is.

I mean, the image is edited and in the best quality you’re going to get, but if the download is too big I can split it into pieces when I get home
