I can bring my laptop down if you need arcade emulation. I’m pretty sure it will help out, I can also bring my 23" LCD that has game mode on it + hook up via VGA.
My laptop specs are as follows, it should be MORE then enough for arcade emulation.

All I have is GGPO with ST and 3S right now, if there is anything else or something different I would need as far as emulation goes (I use GGPO offline to run these games when I do not feel like playing on GGPO) please feel free to throw them at me.
There will be lag, but with a game like XSF, it’s somewhat more acceptable.
I wouldn’t want to play emulated ST, because it’s too critical to have zero lag.

Hey Jeff, are you going to be bringing both your sticks this time? My 360 functionality still won’t work, in fact, I’m going to have to pay to have Madcatz replace the board. If I can without voiding the RMA because I take too much time, I’ll just hold onto mine and use it on PS3, and just borrow someone’s stick for the 360 if I need it. Otherwise, I might need just a working stick and deal with whatever console I can play on. I might bring a pad, just in case, but would really rather play on a stick.
I just got my Tri mod from Chounard so I’ll have 3 PS3 sticks with me.

Jeff - I can bring a PS3, and a PS2, with adapters and etc. I’d even RUN a Guilty Gear AC/Tekken DR side tournament. Is it a possibility? Would there be any INTEREST in that? I can even try to get a TV down there with us.
If my friend would bring his PS3 with DR, I’d practice and enter that side tourney, but damn.
Me playing in a GG/T5 tournament would be akin to throwing money in the street. No go for me.

Regarding that true hotness: BLAZBLUE - It’s going to be our FEATURE EVENT at the next MAX OUT. Will probably be happening 2nd or 3rd week of July for those of us butthurt about not being able to go to Vegas for Evo. I know STL is going to be juice at that game. We’ll do our part to pump that game here in KC.
