Hey - I guess as of my posting the sale has ended, right? I JUST saw this thread today and was really bummed as I am in the market for a TE.
Was going to snap-buy a Chun-Li and a Round 2 TE but it looks like I just missed the sale.
Sent an email to gameshark about letting me purchase under the sale price (they obv still make money) so hopefully that works out!
What in the name of hell? I thought the offer ended today? Why is the Round 2 promo code not working?

@Doc Holliday: might have something to do with the announcement… It said MONDAY, 10/6/2010… even though that was two days ago and today is the 6th…

That’s bogus. Some of us got boned on this one since it says “Oct 6th” pretty much everywhere. The only indication of it being over on Monday was in the quote in the first post by Markman which I didn’t even catch since I was going by the front page article/thread title. And even then it says Mon, Oct 6th. Who the hell knows when the Round 2 stick will be that cheap again, if at all.
Not to sound like a dick here but next time you guys hold a promo, get the dates right so people aren’t feeling screwed.

You guys have some awful shipping, I picked second day shipping, it’s been 2 days and it’s still processing…
I put in an order for a Round 2 stick and paid on the 28th. Recieved the stick yesterday on the 5th of Oct using the free shipping. box is in perfect condition, however when I took the stick out, the balltop is covered with what looks and feels to be like dried glue. I have not attempted to play with it yet as I’m pretty busy atm.
Kinda feel like an ass now with the tone I took if that’s true. Thanks for the heads up MarkMan. I’ll keep an eye on it.

Just got one of the Round 2 sticks and one of the Chun-Li sticks. They’re really nice, but on the Round 2 stick, is there supposed to be a metal thing on the left side underneath the artwork that pushes the artwork up? It seems really out of place and the Chun-Li stick has no such thing. I can take a picture to give you better idea of what I’m talking about. I tried to get it out of there, but it seems to be firmly in place.
I think I just got screwed over, I ordered my Round 2 TE stick Friday night. The money was taken out of my credit card and it showed in my transaction history, however I did notice I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail. I wasn’t too worried about seeing as how it showed that I payed for it, until just now I looked at my transaction history and saw I was refunded all the money I used to pay for it. If that’s not weird, then I also saw that the transaction was ERASED from my transaction History so I have no record of it whatsoever. This really sucks, I also ordered SANWA buttons to mod it with (which came in the mail already) but now I have no arcade stick hahah. I suppose I’ll just have to buy it again for regular retail price.
You can wait for next Sale, which is like in two weeks.
Mine’s been processing since monday(according to the gameshark site), is there any chance that the same thing happened to mine?
Guys, sometimes it really doesn’t take that long to process. They just don’t update their shipping status as fast as some other carriers, trust me. I think mine took a week to get delivered, and on the 5th day it was still " processing " so I inquired about it via email and they said it had been shipped already.
lo and behold, the website status coincidently updated after my inquirey and it was already on it’s way.
No worries guys same happen to me to. I bought Chun Li Stick by mistake first and had it cancel. Showed it was cancel on my gameshark account but wasnt given refunded back yet. So i called monday and they did all the computers stuff and got my refund back.
The rep said they having problems with their online services like small bug issue. Then later on bought chun li stick again and picked 2nd day shipping services. Ordered monday, tuesday was shipped and got my order in today.
