Anybody ever tried searing fish like Akule/Katsuo/Skipjack Tuna in a walk in freezer? Because in the normal kitchen type, one use a flame, then puts the fish into ice cold water, but if you are already in a cold place, then would you need to put in the water and need to try and draw the moisture out?

Everything was hyped as shit. I ran out of fuel near the end but if it was a bit earlier, the whole place would’ve went even crazier.
