evo was just too hype,im watching some of the streams now just for the commentary, scumbag vs. juicebox was hilarious … “well as long as he threw a SE and not a TE stick its ok” … “well his name is SCUMBAG what do you expect?” lolzzzz
overall, im glad i went to evo, met alot of cool peeps, found out that most top players are douche bags, met seth killian and daigo who are cool as fuck, not to mention yoshi-ono san was cool as hell too… i didnt go 2 and out this year so i was cool with that but imma do better next year, 808 all day!
yeah, I regret not practicing for evo. I want to go again next year for sure. Had to get my vegas fix this year as well since it was my first time there.
hopefully time frees up for me and I can at least attend more gatherings.

Spent most of the time there with HVGL Maui. Those guys are good!!! went 5-2 in SSF4 and the most hilarious thing is it was with 4 byes…LMAO seriously it took 4 hours between my first and last couple matches. Went 1-2 in HDR, won against a Ryu player who didnt want to play so technically my win was a bye. WTF man? If you come all this way lose with HONOR!!!
All the Hawaii guys had a great showing this year and next year will be even bigger.
Seth Killian is tha man, and we talked to Sirlin for freaking hours lol. His knowledge of HDR is enough to make your head explode, but of course there is a reason for that lol.
I am going to start HVGL bi weekly ranbats again in august (hopefully the venue i have wont shaft us) and I will start working on a Leeward Vs. Town Team Tournament series.
I will start posting more as well lol, as I have had alot of things to deal with since brawl is having its HSI at the end of this month and we are doing stuff for 102.7 da bomb.
But now that EVO is over hopefully we can get things back to normal!!!
