It’s hard to tell what really happened before the video first started getting recorded. Michael said EBM made a racist comment, but EBM said he was talking to Bob, his friend, about his brother shining his shoes. The problem I see here is that EBM seemed to be alone on the bus, but then again, Michael was also drunk during this confrontation. I don’t think anyone will ever find out what really happened before the camera was recording. Between EBM being insane and Michael being drunk, we’ll never know the true story.
I just don’t think that the black man was young to begin with.
