i’m a pretty avid tekken player who just bought cvs2. i came to srk to see some threads and whatnot and came accross this one.
i noticed that u guys are crediting this Obot64 guy’s improvement. i just wanted to know if there are any good links (rather than asking every in the forum one thread at a time) to get info on cvs2.
my sf knowledge is not completely blind, but i was never a heavy player or bothered to learn much.

when clicking a forum for and checking some of the names… under it says show threads from: and choose from the beginning in the droplist there… then u can see all the shit thats posted 
if u have direct connect (www.neo-modus.com) go to the GFH hub u can dload some vids there aswell
OK…Practice low middle kick-fireball with Ken, Rock, etc… and read everything by Seth Killian, and David Sirlin. That’s about it.

well thanks for the brief reply, heh. actually i have a few vids and i also have a reliable source to get more. but it’s quite hard to understand without knowing anything.
i’ve played some alpha 3 but i never got into combos or in-depth strats. but the one i play most is 3s and that one doesn’t seem to be anything like cvs2.
is there any definitive guides or sites that explain basics like the grooves, “roll cancel”, and any other things such as that?
i really don’t feel like searching the forum for threads that might be years old, LoL. thanks
