Also the manymany other people that have stopped by and may or may not come with what. Just how it goes. I’m really hoping people start just showing up because contacting everyone to coordinate systems etc. is harder now that school’s started.

Work 5-11p. :] I might end up skipping for the first time in ages. Let’s see how I feel after work tomorrow.
Hey won’t be able to come tomorrow, I’m at my Dad’s house right now and I won’t be leaving till late Sunday. Might be able to come over next week If I sleep in; the biggest problem is school being at 7am on Monday and me being a procrastinator, I wait till Sunday to do my work. I’ll really try to get everything done before Sunday next week so we can come down there.
Eeeeeek. I’m sorry to have to do this to those who were thinking about coming, but I have to cancel. Emergency came up super last second so I’ll have to leave pretty much soon as we start.

Is sunday turning into a bad day? The only other night I could reasonably do on a weekly basis is thursday…
Not sure if this works better or not… what do people think?
My time is still limited to about 8:30 PM during the week so if you started at 5:30 or 6:00 Thursday would work.
Thursday works much better for me.

Try running both Thursday and Sunday one week, compare, and make your call.
You’re the host, so you’re the one to be making all these calls, anyway.
I’m the host, but I want the event to succeed and be helpful for the community. If a day or something about the event isn’t working, I’m more than willing to change it up. Maybe put the TV’s closer together? Have a communal SSFIV whiteboard to strategize on on the side?
Charge a venue fee and begin to collects sticks/systems to cease having problems with people lugging their stuff over?
I like the idea of comparing nights too sam, I’ll see what I can do
