Purpose of this event
November 17th, 2012 means more than just gaming to PrimeTimeGamers; it means time to help appreciate everyone in today’s world, especially the children. Proud Bird Restaurant is the host to this amazing event featuring some of the year’s newest titles including: Halo 4 and Black Ops 2. The goal for this tournament is to raise a minimum $5000 for the Compton Chamber of Commerce for scholarships to deserving students. You can become part of this event even if you cannot attend by, promoting the event on social network sites, or donating monetary to the fund. Please help invest in the future of our society and help PTG and the city of Compton reach their goal of a minimum $5000.

What Should I bring to the event?
A. Please bring your own headsets. If your headsets can be powered by the Xbox 360 then those are fine. If your headsets have to be plugged into a power outlet you may not be able to use those. Mix amps are optional
B. Please bring your own controller or Fight Stick
C. We encourage you to Pre Register to guarantee your participation in the event.
D. Everyone will be required to pay a $10 venue fee to enter the venue
E. Please bring a great attitude.
F. Be prepared to be at the event all day
G. Bring your paypal receipt if you Pre Register
H. We Have a $500 bonus pot for the fighting community that has the most Pre Registrations by Nov 1st. (All fighting game events are double elimination)
I. Most of our events have guaranteed minimum payouts with Progressive Payout increases based on participants. To simplify the higher the attendance the higher the payout.
J. Everyone will get 2 raffle tickets with paid venue fee and will be entered into our hourly drawing with great prize giveaways.
K. We are looking for Volunteer Refs, Bracket Runners and Casters if your interested please contact us and let us know how you would like to help
