Its pointless to tell someone else to play on pad to see how hard it is with one button dash, first off more then likely the person who takes the bet hasn’t played as much on pad or isn’t comfortable on pad with that config the way you are. Secondly even if you haven’t written it in this thread already (which i haven’t checked), you better not make this an excuse as to why you lost or put yourself at a disadvantage, you went into the MM with nelson knowing what you were doing.

Whos to say that Fanatiq could have went for a trijump on somebody and got a boomerang and cause of that he could have lost. But because hes got a one button dash he is never gonna miss an airdash… My question is this why does he use One Button Dash to begin with? It obviously isnt that big of a disadvantage that he would risk losing $5,000 dollars for it. Which is why when he had to play yipes his pringle ass used mas…
the problem with getting that air shockwave thing when tri jumping isn’t in the pressing of the buttons, but in the way you swing the stick from up to down/forward. if you do only those two then you’ll always get the tri jump if you hit both punches and then cancel with an attack.
But if you do up, up/forward, forward, down/forward while trying to tri jump, then you will get that random projectile.
