Not at all! Low life characters should be played like bitches. I was frustrated at knowing you were gonna jump or backdash on wakeup and still not punishing it right, but thatās my bad. I should either not play characters in tournament if I donāt know how to deal with escape options.
So, seeing as how everyone enjoyed this tournament (as far as I know) and this venue a lot Iād like to host more things, there are a lot of things that I want to work on (but this was a VERY last minute tournament) primarily in videos, using gameplay footage and crowd footage
at future events, iām actually going to enforce my rules where when anything thatās 3/5 is going on (losers and grand finals) nobody can play anything and everyone has to watch. Sorry, I know that itās irritating for those of you whoāve seen the same matchpus and players over and over again, but Iām trying to prevent the scene from growing stagnant (not that I know anything about that in street fighter hahaha) by making matches at least a little more hyped up and making sure that the pressure is on at least a little in grand finals without making it JUST about the $30 or whatever.
let me know what days of the week youād prefer, itās possible i can do this every friday since it doesnāt seem like anything else is going on that day

I had a great time, played great players, and met some new ones who were damn good too. Also, I became a legend! It was a great time. I hope to make future events! I like monday/tuesday/thursday/saturday events.

Dope that you guys are going to come out again. Gameclucks should host something this Saturday as well. Considering there will be no TWars or major tournament where alot of people are out of town I bet we could get a lot of people to show up.
I am done with school next friday and If I dont have a job I am planning on coming home for like a week or something, SO you best believe ill be at a tournament.

Iāve hosted tournaments at Gameclucks before so Iām sure Chris wouldnāt mind. Especially since the last smash monly was last weekened in Portland, Iām sure heāll be free.
