I’d say Kokujin and Victoly were pretty evenly matched.
Victoly’s crutch was using SAI if you ask me, there just weren’t very many opportunities to use it. The only time I saw Victoly nail the rocket uppercut was when Kokujin blatantly whiffed a combo.
i wouldn’t say that even, you could actually tell when kokujin hit the gas it was over for vic.
Vic Vance is blatantly better than Kokujin (gimmick).

That match is from the Shirube 2004 tournament, oh and that was a top 8 match not casual, J is insane.
Indeed J is insane, i found that vid on some random site. Just titled “makoto vs. dudley”. I clicked, and there is J pwnage in it’s greatest fashion.
