I have. I’m not suggesting I’m perfect and have no faults. I admit when I’m wrong and try to reciprocate when appropriate. But ultimately, it comes down to there just being trolls and overtly sensitive people (both online and offline). More of these types exist in the FGC than in any other gaming community I’ve been a part of. Dudes who play Counter Strike don’t act like this. Yeah, you’re going to stumble into “that guy” but they exist in every community. But they make up the minority. In the FGC I feel like there’s a very, very large number of “that guy” and I feel lucky to interact with someone who is normal. And it’s not just me, anyone who the GGPO trolls do not like will get trolled by them. Case in point:

So, Idgaf about gossip or drama or anything at all. RVN linked me this thread and told me to read it and the links within.

First off, I LOL’d hard at this: “Some GGPOers joke that Louiscipher plays at his home against the CPU when he says he plays offline.”

Secondly, Almost every time I play this guy he says something along the lines of “You’re like a nerfed JRoD” which is actually a pretty high compliment to me since I barely even play the game and have only been playing off and on once the scene for the game was dead.

Third, I have no idea the context of that screenshot (nor do I really care), but it could be me afk, me just fucking around (trying to only parry or some sort of practice), super lag, or it could be completely faked screenshot. It’s probably not the latter, but the point is the SS means nothing. Also I don’t give a shit. lol wtf.

PS- Alex kills Akuma in like 5 hits or less. It only takes like 2 wakeups to win a round, so even if it was completely legit, it’s not that impressive.

PPS- Dander, I dunno if you’re the real guy or whatever, but I’ve never seen you on GGPO, fightcade, or supercade afaik. Do you have an AKA? I only don’t play who have severe lag, or are completely retarded spamming coins all game or whatever. I don’t even remember most people in there as most of them change names and smurf all the time, so it’s a waste of time.

I did start to keep a log of players names and IPs because of the smurf thing, I might have LC in there if I can remember where I saved the excel page.
