The Dark Knight is GDLK
I’m just speechless. Soooo entertaining. They finally got it right. This is the dark, brooding, teetering on the edge of good and evil Batman I read about in the comics.
The Joker? Sheer perfection. Much better than Nicholson’s interpretation. Finally, he’s portrayed and the pure, concentrated evil bastard he is.
This, and Mask of the Phantasm are now my favorite Batman movies.

Ahhhh, yeah. I totally forgot about Mask of the Phantasm. That was the animated one, right? It had that hooded skeleton-looking guy that ended up being a chick or something. Maybe I’m thinking of something else.
I’ve already seen this movie twice. The twists and turns in this movie had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Heath Ledger definitely deserves an Oscar for this film!
Seriously: amen. I heard, though, that there’s a lot of debate over whether he should actually get one. I can’t remember exactly what was said, but it sounded like bullshit to me. You know how the adults sound in Charlie Brown? Yeah, that’s kinda how it sounded.
although i havent seen it yet, from what you guys are saying it seems like the factors of; he was a good actor already, did an outstanding job in this movie, and that he passed away and there is a necessity to mark him in memory as someone of importance,

Just saw it. It was pretty good but I was expecting much more, I think the hype hurt it for me. The Joker was done very well, actually he carried the entire film. They should have just called it “The Joker”. I compare almost every action movie to T2 which nothing can compete with except maybe the first Matrix.
that was definitely as good as the hype. talk about really acting insane to play the role of the joker
T1 was better overall though.

The Dark Knight
This completely lived up to all my expectations. I didn’t see Heath Ledger in the whole film. All i saw was the Joker. Never before have I ever seen an actor transform them self like he did. And for the entire 2.5 hours, it never lets you go. It’s just too bad they can’t complete the trilogy now. Well they can, it’ll just be different.
And people NEED to see this on IMAX. Holy Hell.

There’s going to be a Max Payne movie? Basically, every gritty R action film taking place in a large city involving cops is Max Payne. The game was really good though. Now they should do Manhunt the movie.
