INo vs Kuroda: So the reason they opted for red parries as opposed to regular ones is…to reduce the likelihood of being counter attacked?
For example, trying to parry all eight hits of Akuma’s projectile super up close would result in Akuma recovering first, and murking you while your still parrying the super, right?
If you simply red parry the last hit, you still have the initiative while hes still recovering, correct?
Red parries seem to be that next lvl shit in 3S. Or does it really depend on the matchup, as to whether or not its worth the risk?
The time frame to red parry is much smaller than a normal parry and does allow more frames to react. With the gouki super that ino red parried was important because the parry kept ken from getting knocked back so he was close enough to punish.

Ray, I got a H-Series PCB and one A-Series PCB. I can do the solderless hack on the A-Series and now know how to solder so I can work on the H-Series. Would you be able to hook me up with a wiring diagram for both Happ and Japanese parts? Thanks man.

Lots of reading. If I’m not posting in this thread I’m usually reading up on stuff in Tech Talk. Though I’ve got to say it can be pretty intimidating. I’ve probably spent about a years worth of time just researching and equipping myself with knowledge and now I actually feel comfortable going ahead and giving it all a go.

Edit: Nickels made the ridiculous decision to have 3s on Friday at 3 instead of Saturday like last year. Makes no sense to have less popular games like turbo and cvs2 on Saturday and have the most popular game at a time when few people can make it. Conspiracy I say!!!
