Anyway I doubt any of those who went yesterday are going down today Anakaris Curse. We don’t usually go on Sundays. We hardly even play much anymore. Saturdays are usually the best if you wanna meet up.
I’m in Bangkok now. Although this singapore trip was far shorter than the 1st one, I definately have even more fun than the last time since I got to actually get to talk to you guys. I’m still not sure when is the next time I will visit you guys but I will post on this thread for sure.
Special thanks to Nate for driving me back to hotel. Without you, I would have to be waiting atleast one and half hour for taxi. Sometime, your MSS beats me just like how Jmar does.
GGG, you are fun to talk to and definately know what’s going on for mvc2 in U.S. I’m not too sure if I had played you or not but you are quite good.

Hey nate, nope i haven’t played with you yet…i’m still relatively new to the scene, been playing and goin on srk only like aug 2004. However, I did go down today, and I did meet Anakaris Curse. GGs to him man, his anak is beastly to say the least. All the stuff you see in the vids he pulls out time and time again. Too bad you guys weren’t there, it was good fun.

yah it was fun too! It was way back two years ago since my last match in MVC2 with Level 2 Damage Settings. I was there waiting starting from 11 am I think and then I had some window shopping (to consume time). I’m back at the hotel now, safe and sound. I’ll just post again (morning) in any day when will I come back to Bugis Junction. Magneto/Tron kills any character in a swift!!!(Level 2) :karate:

Hmmm… so ducdoh you’re sporetempest on combovideos, am I right? Why don’t you ever come down and play us on saturdays? It can’t be that you’re not free EVERY saturday right? You’d hardly improve if you only read and never play ya know? You’d get 10x better simply by playing a few times I promise you. How about this coming saturday? Erm yeap, do you still go on CV? Well to be fair I have played against a few top singaporean players before, but not regularl, maybe once or twice in the last mth. It’s because I usually have some stuff on every sat that’s why I can’t come down as much as I want to,but i’ll definitely try to be these few weeks. Another thing’s that I’m not sure if i’ll be good enough comp, or be welcomed by the regulars. heh, sorry it’s just this inferiority complex:lame: But thanks anyway Nate, and yeah i agree I’ve improved by leaps and bounds the few times I played with the pros. So yeah i’ll try my best to come down this sat, say around 5 plus or something? And it’s not like I just sit all day on CV and SRK and don’t actually play marvel at the arcades.haha

Oh worry not Mr ken, while Mr Nate might be the best MSS player in singapore and frequently gets 18 win streaks in bugis and perhaps behaves like a little kid when it comes to meeting new friends, you still have the friendly Alvin (yours truly) around to back you up should you get any stick for being new.
And oh, allow me to briefly introduce some of the singaporeans here:
Mr GGG is Mr gabriel who bar top dances at caesars (the pub just down the lane across mosburger in bugis) Nice ass hes got. lolololol.
Mr Articwind is Mr phillips who plays ken and beats top tier players in singapore for fun (haha)
Dr Rokiseph is Dr roland. Now this is somebody you wont want to talk to, he’s a gangsta. lay off him or he’l bite your fingernails. Sometimes he gives you a choice between that or sodomising you while he plays cvs2.
Mr Vx, or Mr yonghui. He does charity work on saturday mornings so i guess hes probably a nice guy? (not sure)
hmn… and the guy who calls himself airconman is Mr jeremy. He works for carrier man care and does an excellent job at fixing aircons! This is really relevant because the aircon vent right above the bugis frequently breaks down! He’s fixer guy. He doesn’t play any game, just fixes aircons.
And me? oh my need to express my insanity just got outta hand from studying too much biology. But i’m a nice guy too, i usually play MSS or santhrax or matrix, or MSP, or team scrub, or spiral/cable/sent. If you see anyone who plays those its prolly me (unless they have black hair). Oh yah and Anakaris Curse, my nick probably looks familiar because I used to post on SRK alot back in the day(like 50 years ago). I also seem to recall one of my friends going down to your country a few years back. Marlon was his name. He told me he played some really interesting Storm/Sent players there. And… sunny and kero went down last night(monday). They didn’t meet you there though so they ended up playing with each other all night long. Erhmmmm… that sounded wrong.
