While I don’t disagree with you on that note (particularly because most people know I’m just gonna play the game anyway) my intent was to point out the absurdity of online as well and how dumbed it has become, not simply to make fun of someone. Like I said before, I don’t have a problem with Louis and to be honest, in the time I’ve been here he’s actually asked more questions to me than anyone else I know. Call it what you want (dick-riding, whatever) but at least someone is willing to learn.

Meh, I talked it over with Nica while we were playing. Mostly, during the whole time we just focused on playing. Afterwards I was more amused by the trolls in the chat who just didn’t know. That’s really where this all stems from, personally.
Wait does this mean you’ve picked up pad? I like stick and pad for different reasons. I feel a stick offers more control, but I can’t groove on it as well since it requires more overall movement for simple inputs like parries or dash. Pad I feel pretty good about parry and dash, but sometimes I get a dash instead of parry, and yeah there is greater execution required if you want to land supers or just do damage more than pokes.
I use pad exclusively and I’ve had zero issues with execution. Depending on the connection it may drop inputs but discounting online, I’ve had no issues especially with confirming into Super. I can even plink into SA off Mak’s Hayate or Dud’s overhead into SA3 without issue. If I drop it it’s because I don’t use those characters that much. About the only thing pad players would have difficulty with would be Kara Demon.
Louis provides a ton of entertainment when you see how crazy he is. People need thicker skin and to learn that you should be ignoring Internet white noise.

So Fightcade is under another DDOS attack even after switching to the “DDOS protected” servers. Now Fightcade is switching to an “even moar DDOS protected” server. No DDOS protection can stop the salt outflow.
Honestly, I’m curious about this too.
I was only on FightCade briefly because I was at a friend’s place. Not sure when I’ll return but I will eventually.
It was fun but the shit like the black bars (easily fixed, I know) was a bit annoying, even if I didn’t hit a thing in between matches.
Connection was a lot more stable, probably because my buddy’s place has superior Internet to mine.
Speed was slower than PSN to me; had to readjust timing (or I’m getting soft as I get older).
Overall, I had my share of good and Laggy matches on FightCade. Little difference other than the arcade feel of no menus (convenient).
I guess I’m also lucky that I avoided the DDoSing happening now, but there were times when FightCade wasn’t connecting to the game I wanted to play. Oh well.
It’s like comparing two different cars from shite companies to a Maserati (arcade).
