GG’s I noticed that ppl still like to do Dks, I still dont fully remember Juri Frame data to remember what punishes… but yea It will be ineffective real soon. I gave up on applying pressure with dk alot.
This is more towards you kirby, I noticed that you like to crossup alot, and you want to be on the agressive side most of the time… That is very risky to do… also you press alot of buttons, you are always on a button from what i saw. also i noticed a few mashed pinwheel from looking at the inputs.

I’ll tell you what though… I really wish we had a greater number of the more advanced Juri players in a training session. Like the past few sessions it seemed like 2 different Juri’s would hold the top and everyone else just fights those two.
Ps Thoraxe i enjoyed fighting you and i did start to notice how you were becoming more cautious the more we battled… just remember tone down the dive kicks and not get too desperate and start throwing the EX one’s out
@Atrain I’m going to be honest with you… I didn’t care much becuase it didn’t seem like anyone could really repel me away from them often. Unless you can actually keep me off you then i’ll rethink what i’m doing. (was bored)
Shakugan did this to me last time we played (was able to keep me away and stay on the offense) i had to actually start playing differently. BTW I want a rematch -.- Shaku
Yeah, my connection was unusually laggy tonite. Has been the same since those storms flooded the state last weekend.
Also, I’m sad to hear that you were bored throughout the session, Kirby. I was certainly not bored, in fact I feel like I learned a lot from our session tonight. I just want to stress that the main intention of our Juri training sessions is not to compete against each other, rather we should be helping each other out in an ultimate goal to collectively improve our games.
If you feel like you didnt have any competition, that’s fine, but I feel a little insulted in the fact that we had some close fights and some not so close fights yet you say you were bored. Like I said, the purpose of these training sessions was to hopefully get some of these vids of us fighting each other into the video thread so that we can constructively critique each other’s play. I just urge everyone to keep that in mind when we gather to train together.

You got it wrong… I greatly enjoy playing against you guys and i don’t care much to compete most of the time with any of you. I have quite a few videos recorded and all i see most the time is (Same) Juri vs (X) Juri. Just not enough variety -.-

As for a variety of Juri’s playstyle, I like to think that I play it a little differently, I just didn’t get much of an opportunity the other night because of the connection. I spent so much time trying to diagnose, it’s never been this bad before.
Anyway… I don’t play Juri as fireball happy as some people do, but I like to get in close and get the combo strings in. Unfortunately she only has about two moves to end a combo with which niether are that strong once scaling kicks in. I guess my Bison mentalilty is kicking when I play as her, because for one thing I find myself charging moves (which obviously has no purpose), and with Juri’s low life of 950 or 900, I forget, pressing offense may not be the best choice. If anyone cares to fight me and diagnose my problems, I’d be happy to play them. I really need help with this one. In the meantime, while I’m off work, I’m gonna hit training mode with her.
