I have both consoles, so I’d rather not have to have both of them on just to see who wants to play.

That’s a good idea. I’ve been busy as of late, but this holiday gives me some free time.
If you decide to run the session, let me know. Otherwise, I can start a new thread. I use to do the sessions after OP left and wouldn’t mind doing it again. Also, if people play other characters other than Juri, that would be great. Mirrors will only get you so far.
That might be a better idea. I’m not on the 360 as much as I’d like to be in order to lead this. What I’m scratchin’ my head about is the chat rooms on this console. It’s neat on the PS3 that we can set up a neutral room and come and go as we please. No one needs to be there in order for the room to exist. I couldn’t find an easy way to accomplish this on the 360, unless I missed something obvious, which is possible. So, go ahead, be my guest. I’ll definitely join the sessions but otherwise I don’t power up my 360.

Update: I’ve now got a functional arcade stick and headset - only one problem. The stick is not compatible with my headset… so I can talk, or play well, but not both…yet. Once I get my other one fixed, all will be back to normal.

Here’s the deal. We need to come up with something for Xboxlive. My understanding is there isn’t a way to have a dedicated room just for Juri casuals…so how do you guys wanna do it? Wanna meet a set day? Wnt me to take what I learned with GrandJuri on PSN and try and do it on XBL? We could do it on a weekend day and call i a wrap but if you guys aren’t going to show up let me know now. I am always open to playing all and any juri players but Dont waste my time if you truely arent interested.

I think we should all get an IRC chat room for our XBL Sessions or have a Skype group chat room (which I currently use for other games) to talk strats. Sunday or Wednesday meets would work for me because I’m usually out of state or going to a tournament every other weekend.
We should also make sure our Juri sessions aren’t just full of mirrors as well. If people play other character to help with match-up experience, it would be useful.
Everything else suggested in the PSN thread seems fine to me as well.
Speaking from the PSN experience, having people mix in their alts helps with match up experience and let’s face it, Juri doesn’t play like most characters, nor do you run into her often, so endless mirror matches are only so useful (hell, her main bnb doesn’t work on her out of the corner. Cr MK > release > cr MK xx Pinwheel I mean).
A healthy mix of alts is a good thing even if the alts are clearly not the cream of the crop. I know to most of you that’s obvious, but still worth noting.
Well as much as I will agree with endless mirrors not helping, having mirrors do help if you’re paying attention to what your opponents are doing. This way you can steal setups and get as much help as possible.

Of course you know I’m up for it. Most days are good for me but how about Saturday??

How about Saturday and a weekday? Wednesday? This might allow me, and others, to keep our brains active.
