What’s up everyone, haven’t had a chance to play much lately, life and all. Plus just picked up a SF2 Cabinet. But I am so down for some training on wed. Got a couple tourneys coming up and I need to get some solid practice in. Def count me in.

Also, I’m looking for a training partner that would be interested in playing at least 3 times a week. I main Juri, and have to admit, she’s all I’m really good with right now. I would say I am of average skill, nothing crazy. I really just want to get a clean slate and learn fundamental game play with someone. Someone who could help critique my game and vice versa. Maybe even someone of a higher skill level who wouldn’t mind mentoring.
I really love SSFIV, and I would like to increase my skill to tournament worthy over the next year. I don’t have anyone local to do this with, so I’m trying the next best thing. Reading forums can only do so much and I feel like I would do better with someone who would interested in doing thorough training sessions (doing matches where practicing certain skills or scenarios). Someone preferably with a headset too. I generally play late night, 11pm eastern and upwards. If this sounds like your cup of tea, let me know! Hope to hear from someone soon. Thanks!

Well would ya look at this, there’s still people who play Juri seriously! That’s new. 97% of the people who used to do these sessions on the regular have given up Juri/SSF4, stopped playing online, disappeared, or a combination of the three. At least all the Juri players I used to keep up with (quite a few). For the people who want to keep this going (or maybe I should say start this up again), we’ll need someone new to host sessions since Shakugan is busy lately/gone.
If my XBL was working consistently atm I’d try host sessions, but I digress…everyone who wants to do this needs to come up with a good time once or twice a week to hold sessions. Again, I’m not sure how many higher level Juris still get on XBL/PSN these days, but at the very least everyone who joins could level up together and share their tricks.

Last night I was playing with other 5 friends for about 4-3 hours straight. I used the time to train Juri and Chun-li.
