I just did some research and apparently the codes are region locked 
Looks like I need someone from the UK to trade with. My offer still remains, I won’t be using the codes anytime soon as I traded in my ps3 copy. Kitana, Sub-Zero and Reptile (ps3) for two of the ninja costumes (360).

I think NRS should try to strike while the iron is hot; with AE coming out soon, and MK online play being so shaky, I’m much more likely to fork over my money for an alternate costume now than I will be in June

Hmm… If someone wants to 3 way trade, I’m down. Otherwise, I’m going to hold out for a Reptile.
I still have the “Avatar Character Costumes” code if anyone wants to trade that for any costume (Xbox 360), except Ermac 'cause I already used the code. It gives you a NetherRealm t-shirt and a full-body Scorpion outfit. I could care less about my avatar though.
