BUT, I think I’m gonna have a second go at this using the same pic but with Chun-Li in it too. Idk though since I found some really bad-ass pictures of Dizzy,Baiken and Millia Rage searching on google.

If anything, I’d probably just clean up the images a bit. There looks like there’s still some rough patches around the right character’s right shoulder [his right, not our right].
Also maybe add some zazz to the background. Use a stock image, blur it out, zoom it out, filter it out, etc [combination or single effect].

Ah…should’ve zoomed up a bit more and cleaned it up further. I knew I missed a few specks from Mr.Chan (guy on the right)'s side.
Background pizazz, that’s something I haven’t got to tinker with yet. Should be checking out that Photoshop tutorial thread here further, methinks.

This one took a bit longer because almost all of the Shenhua (on the right) images have some kind of weird glowing border in it. I’ll probably work up a better version later.

I saw your avatar around GD somewhere earlier [I cannot remember exactly because I just click and go sometimes], but it did catch my eye.
I am a fan of dark colors [I always adjust levels, even if I shouldn’t]. Did you alter the image in any way, or did it come like that? It looks like the BURN tool might’ve been used. Not that that’s a bad thing, but it seems like it was used around her[his?] hair.
Also for the font, if you made this in Photoshop, try changing the settings under the menu bar while in text mode [as shown here].
It looks a little distorted, but by changing it to one of those settings you should find a more sharper look for your font.
