Glad to see they made their goal too, hopefully with this they can finish the demo at least. I don’t mind the new characters much, they don’t mesh at all with the kind of 1920s-30s urban/noir vibe that the other characters have, but they’re still visually nice (it’d be interesting to see how egoraptor voices that cyborg though).

Super olde reply, but going by the forum search, this is at least the seventh thread about this game from the OP.

Played around with it a bit. The animation is pretty nice, but the inputs feel really weird. And on keyboard after a while, it even randomly start switching up jump and crouch.

Also found a really easy infinite within the first 15 minutes playing around with it:
cr.HP xx qcb+HK repeat.

There seems to be some kind of infinite protection (knockback becomes bigger and bigger after some time), but that only seems to happen on normals, and since the normal is cancelled, it never triggers (but doing say st.MP, st.HP xx qcb+HK repeat eventually breaks the loop).

The hitboxes seems a little wonky too. I can’t tell if it’s a bug or intentional, but qcb+LK will hit the Don guy from like half screen away while the foot of Vincent isn’t anywhere near. While at point blank it will whiff completely.

There’s other strange stuff. Don walking up against Vincent can push Vincent back, but not vice versa. I’m not sure if that’s intentional because Don is ‘bigger and tougher’. Crossups don’t seem to cause knockback either, and other odd stuff like that.

Don’t let projectiles hit during throw states.
