Mhmm. I lost both my matches, as did our partner. You single handily won 3 rounds for us, well done.
I honestly got lucky. There were really strange circumstances:
With DRC in that the game super lagged and I dropped after 1 round. TheNewsman came back and I got to play his team from start to finish and won against DRC in a smooth game. There’s no doubt he’d have won the first game if we’d played in the laggy condition though. Ibuki is hard enough to hit, lag would have (and did) cripple me.
I give HUGE PROPS to Vic7. His Remy got a lot better and my brain almost broke when the game glitched, he ended up on the opposite side of me randomly and I lost a round I was in control of. I was really fortunate that he didn’t wake up super me at the end of our match because I took a huge risk being way behind looking for HP xx super.
I’m glad Bodler bailed. I had just played him for 1/2 hour before the tourney and he’d seen every one of my gimmicks and knew my style. He raped me so hard in the winners bracket, I wasn’t looking forward to playing him in losers.
Next week I’m pulling in GTASF players. Probably me/MythicExile/AznSyn if I can get a hold of them.
I might start training Ken, so I have a tier weapon to use in case of …tournaments.
My Ibuki still needs a lot of training, or rather my reactions do; lack of parries caused my loss…UNACCEPTABLE.
I wanted to play Bodler, Sean is one character I took along time to learn, just cause I’m a douche and like to beat shit talkers with him and be all like “IS THAT YO BEST AGAINST SEAN SON?! I WHOOPED ON YOU CUZ” . Hence, it would’ve been fun! Plus, I hate Pink Sean, it’s all about that black and white!
