why do you know? do you know what can thor do exactly in every matchup? i know every *** thor frame data and his hitboxes and have been playing/lab’ing this char for two years so yes, it gets even with those assists.

X-23 is the best character in the game
fastest buttons, fastest wave dash, can get to you and hit you before you do anything
no flaws (WHATSOEVER), always has 6 meterz so after i touch your point (which is inevitable) I dirt nap the other 2 and win
Assist make her even better since she has no glaring flaws to cover, all matchups are 10-0 in her favor

Why is it hard to believe Thor has good match ups vs Vergil, Zero, and Mags?
More so Zero & Mags. Mighty Strike gives zero fucks about anything Zero can do in the air.
Magneto better runaway from them skies and hope he has 5 shockwaves stocked to kill Thor
He can get like 5 ‘jumps’ in one go if you’re trying to lame out an X-Factor or something, but yeah it’s not real air movement. Strider should stick to the ground.
Jumping with some characters feels like jumping in a FPS in that it totally telegraphs exactly where you’ll be for a while. If you stick to the ground with those characters, at least there’s some confusion as to where you might be at least.
Like how strange always have meterz, good buttons and godly mobility

There’s an okay amount of people playing Magneto/Morrigan/Doom: RyRy, Xian, Helix, RayRay when he wants to hate himself, etc. No one who mains it is a tippy top player though.

I make serious posts about everything, but NSR hates me, and Rokmode seems to not love me back :c
I play against a pretty good Thor often (as a player he’s probably better than me but his character choices are questionable at best). The matchup is easily 6:4 in Zero’s favor and possibly 7:3. With Hidden Missile behind Zero I might even say 9:1. Between Hadangeki, Buster, and the hitbox of s.H Zero can keep Thor out all day and if he starts running out of room there’s almost no way Thor can catch him if he decides to just go to the top of the screen and switch sides.
No one has a good matchup against Vergil once the belt is on. I might believe the Magneto matchup.
What are Thors best options vs Modok? Tri jump pray with lock down assist?
As someone mentioned in the Thor forum:
99% of all Zero players use him with Vajira/Jam Session, then there are a ton of Vergil/Vajira players too. And I am not sure what he can do to get in on a Magneto spamming disruptors.
