I modified Hawk with some of the changes he’s expected to get in 2012. It’s not a full list because there are some things that I don’t know how to do like the walk speed and invincibility.

There are also some changes that I wanted to add but was unable to:
-Less pushback on cr. lk, (so that a cross up cr. LK > LP SRK doesn’t miss on anyone from a late splash)
-Cl.MP being able to hit all opponents twice
-Juggle state on LP spire on counterhit in the air (I’m not even sure that would work…just an idea)
-Minor walk speed increase

What I did change:

[]Input motion for spire - is now shoryuken w/ kicks (this is a DRASTIC DIFFERENCE in how he moves - why we don’t get this I don’t know) - NOT OFFICIAL DEMONSTRATION ONLY
[]Regular throw range has been increased from 0.456 to 0.56 (this should prevent obvious whiffs on characters like Makoto and maybe it’s all in my head but I swear Hawk has a hard time technig throws, maybe this will help?) - NOT OFFICIAL DEMONSTRATION ONLY
[]Neutral jump splash and elbow
[]Soft knockdown on cl. RH > EX SRK

I did J.FP st RH EX SRK, EX dive for 370 damage and 555 stun.
Subsitute splash for FP and you get 360 / 505. You have to delay the timing after the st RH so they fall just a little bit then do EX SRK…and these ONLY work in the corner.

EX spire does not connect at all

a reset with j. FP, st jab,(>st jab > cl RH doesn’t connect but make a reset if they jump) cl RH, EX SRK, EX dive does 640 stun

L3 FA into st. RH, EX, EX = 377 / 495
