I encountered Liqos earlier. I wouldn’t put him on the list. He’s okay but his Akuma isn’t that good. His Dhalsim is okay as well.
Add Eva01 with his Ken into that list (he seems to be experimenting with Deejay as of late). He’s from the US.
Also add Triple PX and his Abel. His Abel is definitely worth checking out. He’s also from the US as well.

he actually plays on pc…but its very very very rare to see him on pc. like once a millenium he appears on pc…if you somehow miraculously catch him online.
