I thought Jason was playing reasonably well with the Raiders until he got hurt. Surely he’s better than half the starting QBs in the league, right?

He was doing pretty good until he got hurt. But because they traded their 1st round for this offseason, and the 2nd round pick for next year to go all in on Palmer, Campbell is too good to be a backup and deserves to be a starter. Sure he isn’t the best quarterback, but out of all the 30 something starting quarterbacks he is probably better than the bottom 3rd and probably has some Alex Smith potential if he is put around a team suited for him.

I DVRed the Niners Saints game and have been playing that last 4 minutes like twice a day. It never gets old.

In other news, I am about 40 minutes south of Candlestick right now, and it is raining like a mutherfucker. Wonder how Eli likes passing in a rainstorm.

I also am kind of embarrassed about other Niner fans. The San Francisco 49ers had to put out a full page ad in the paper to ask fans to stop acting like thugs and douchebags next game, and the local radio host is putting fans on blast to stop embarrassing the franchise by not getting so drunk and passing out and starting fights. Thankfully they are stepping up security at the stick. I get pissed that we got so many punks threatening and spitting on people. I hope that thugs are banned for life from the stick. We need more cameras in the new stadium.

49er’s offense seems to feed off the big plays of the defense. At least thats how i took it from the Saints game. If anything if the defense can keep Cruz under control, it’ll be a good game for them.

Nicks, Manningham, Cruz are second best behind Meachem, Henderson, Colston. Nelson, Jennings, Driver is 3rd.

We rely heavily on our TEs and Rbs to catch the ball but it works extremely well with managing the clock. Our WRs aren’t even top 15 best. Alex just makes it work.
