I quit watching the NO/Det game after halftime. It was blatantly obvious the officials were not going to let Det win. To say it was a poorly officiated game would be an understatement.

Is that what happened? I had to stop watching after the first because my puppy needed emergency surgery. wonder if I can get a torrent of it? Was it as blatantly bad as refusing to count 2 of our touchdowns?

…but their offense is much, much better. It’s the Patriot syndrome. It doesn’t matter if someone drops 30 on you when you can drop 45.

There were questionable calls both ways (I still think Stafford was down, but whatever). Stafford’s first interception kind of sealed the fate of the team. They were only down ten and on the first play he gave New Orleans a short field for a defense that was already tired as fuck.

Thanks for the updates. So if I understand this fan thing properly, now I have to cheer against the saints because they beat us for the wild card and then cheer against the Packers, right?

So what happens if its the 49ers vs Packers? Do I cheer against the 49ers for killing our winning streak and also against the packers for being a division rival? Think my head would explode.

These bitches looking like nazis out there marching with the tebow signs. He ever win a game where he fully played 4 quarters in the NFL?

lets go gmen!!

49ers play to stop the run and play bend don’t break pass defense. The key will be not giving up touchdowns to the Saints. I’m sure they’ll get their yards between the 20’s without much of an issue, but we won’t be dropping all those INTs (hopefully). Saints have not played as well outdoors (Brees has like 9 TDs and 6 INTs outdoors this season), and they don’t play as well on the road in general (0-4 in road playoff games). So the Saints are definitely not unbeatable. That said, Breesus is going off this year and the Saints are a different team now than they were when they lost to the Rams/Bucs (LOL). They don’t need to run the ball (our greatest strength) to score on us. So we will definitely have our work cut out for us.

All in all, it’s shaping up to be a great game. Although a friend of mine (Saints fan) said that the 49ers “D” is overrated and the Falcons have a better defense , so I really hope we win to prove him wrong.

This game is some serious butt.

This game is the exact opposite of the DET/NO game… hard playing defenses are fun to watch (Ravens for example), but this game is just boring for some reason.

Probably because we know what the offenses can do?

I was hoping the Gaints would kick the FG on that 4th down so this game can end 3-2.

Edit: Dear Falcons, don’t ever go for it on 4th down again.

Wonder what Shin’s rant is going to be like.

Angry Shin Blanka is coming guys.

GET READY!

giants over pats again in the superbowl

Matt Ryan’s offense has exactly 0 points scored through 3+ quarters… is it finally time to admit that he’s not going to get it done and the Falcons need an actual QB, not just a pretty game manager? The Falcons play in the NFC where Rodgers, Brees, Stafford, Manning, etc are lighting it up, having noodle armed Ryan is almost a guaranteed way to lose.

4th down>Falcons

Falcons can’t hang with the heavy hitters of the NFC, I think the last 3 years has shown that. They’re built around he run, with Ryan dinking and dunking… that won’t work in the NFC.

I think the Falcons defense quit after they got down by 2 scores. It must be demoralizing to a defense to know that even if you hold the opponent to 3-and-out, you’ll be back on the field in about 45 seconds because your team’s offense is so terrible.

NNFWU lets go.
wrap this up so i can go play marvel.

Appropriate way for the Falcons’ season to end.
