2 Frame Punishes...The more you know

This thread has been insightful. I guess the only true way to learn your punishes is to learn the character-specific punishes to every move and then hold that goddamned trigger like Ron Weasley until one of them occurs in a match, then let go.

List of 2 frame punishers (off the top of my head)

Gief SPD
Gief Super
Gief Ultra 1
Hawk SPD
Hawk Super
Hawk Ultra 1
Sagat Super
Chun Super
Ryu Super (specific cases)
Dud Super
Akuma super
E.Ryu super
Oni super
Guy Ultra 2
Ibuki Ultra 1
Ken super

There might be more I’m forgetting about.

Shouldn’t you add Ultra Guy’ tatsu as well? That 2 frame start-up though lol

Also Honda ultra 2? and Akuma ultra 1 and I dunno about El Fuerte ultra 2 and also Hakan SPD/ultra 1

Akuma’s U1 is 5 frames, Elf’s U2 is 4, and Hakan’s SPD is 3.

sorry Iwas just too tired to look up the actual frame data so I just made some guesses :frowning:
